Vicky and Brittany, two Peace Corps Volunteers in Paraguay, are showing how to make a special dish which is baked in an outdoor oven.  Vicky has been assigned as my mentor!   I’m very excited about that, because I know she will give me lots of great information and helpful hints as I continue to pack and get ready for my move to South America!
