Frank-the-frog and I welcome you to our blog!
Frankly speaking, the contents of this website are ours alone.

Hi, and welcome to our website!  I’m Frank the frog.  Some folks say I’m a gecko.  Either way, I’m very sophisticated.  As you can see from my picture, I’m wearing some great stunna shades.  I’m cool like that.

Jane and I met years ago when I was sitting on a shelf, waiting to be given a job.  She took me to Honduras and Belize so I could help her teach music.  Also, I was editor of our travel blog.  Then, I accompanied her for a two-year stint in Paraguay, as she served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps.  We returned to the United States in May, 2015 and moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where her daughter, son-in-law and grandbaby live.  Bess, Lee and Vivienne live on the water, so I’m in heaven as I enjoy sitting on the dock and watching the dolphins catch fish.  Her son, David, is attending USC Law School and comes to visit us every weekend.  It’s a great place to study and relax.

It’s nice to be here with family.  I’m very excited about our move and my position as Editor-in-Chief of Frankly Jane, Adventures.

I hope you’ll visit our website often.  We’ll keep you informed of the latest as Jane and I enjoy the adventures awaiting us here in Charleston.

Welcome to FranklyJane, a blog which contains posts of the day-to-day adventures of life here in Charleston, as well as other places we love to go.  You will note that deep into this blog are also posts of my life experiences had while serving in the Peace Corps in Paraguay from 2013 to 2015.

I hope you will enjoy reading my posts.
